Hi Debbie, Thanks for the reply. Checked out the link & copied. Did as suggested in the solution, including reinstalling Eudora (yet again) but still no change. Decided to get game & editted the PREFS.JS file (which the Help Note said not to - made sure I had a copy of it before I started though), & cleaned up a bit of stuff that was now redundant. Guess what..... Now works OK. Even loads faster now I got rid of a whole lot of outdated stuff. Thanks again. Cheers Peter.
