In yesterday's post I forgot to mention that you can use Eudora's Stationeries for another purpose. You can prepare a Stationery to REPLY to something you have received. Let's use this as an example (you can expand on this to do just about anything you want): Let's say you receive emails regularly on a certain subject. You want to have a Stationery to use to reply to those emails. I'll use one of mine as an example. On our GERMANNA COLONY Family History web site, I have a link that users can click to be notified of future postings for new "Germanna Notes". If a user clicks that link, he/she can send me an email saying he/she wishes to be so notified. When I receive such a "Notify Me" email, while it's OPEN, I can go to "Stationeries", find "Notify Me Confirmations", and right-click it. I then chose "Reply With". That pops up a new email window with the original text, AND with my "reply". So very easy, and so very quick. The possibilities are limitless. It would be very helpful for those who use eBay and want to reply to the emails they receive when someone has won a bid on their offerings.
