Randy, I have about 65 mailboxes that I created.......some could certainly be deleted, haven't been used in eons......I could save the contents in to my regular files. Hi, I run 81 mailboxes + the usual 3 (IN, OUT, TRASH) under version 4.2.2 but I have the majority (all but 6) in folders, grouped as to what they are. For instance, all Gene lists (a total of 27 mailboxes) are in a in a folder called GENE. My Electronics mailboxes (7 in all) in a folder called ELECTRON, & so on. All works a treat. A word of warning though!!!!!!! Don't use the same name MORE THAN ONCE!!!!!!!! It will cause the same messages to appear in both mailboxes (Voice of experience here!!!!) Hope this helps Peter.
