    2. Roy, Do you perchance have Corel WordPerfect or WordPerfect Office on your system also? If so, are you seeing a little alarm clock in your system tray? I have found that if I exit that "Corel Central Alarm," the Eudora problem disappears. I am also running ME, with an AMD processor, and 128 memory. I do not have a partition. Don't know how...
