    3. Hi Mike, I have that going. When I copy and paste the notes from the out box it doesn't give the date and time it was sent. That is what I really need and why I needed to bcc myself. I am trying the fcc now and it worked once. Hope it works again. Thanks for you help.     3. Patricia, you don't need to copy and paste the notes from the Out folder. Just "Transfer" them into the folders where you want them. In fact, if you wanted to, you could set up filters to do the job for you.
