Hi George, I do filter some of them to folders. I apologize because I wasn't clear. I cut and paste them into an Access database. The FCC option in the Replying does not seem to work in all instances. So I am at a loss on how to get a copy of all the notes I send with having to manually bcc myself each time. Any solutions? Patricia, I now understand what you were talking about. You are correct in that the saved copies of outgoing email in the Out Box don't have the date and time. When I want an actual "sent" copy of an outgoing email, I just BCC myself as you say. I set up an alias for myself and named it "Me". Then all I have to do is type "Me" in the BCC header. Saves having to type or paste in my actual address. SgtGeorge At 05:27 PM 07/10/2001, maverik wrote: *********START OF ORIGINAL MESSAGE TEXT********* >Hi George, I do filter some of them to folders.
