In Eudora 5.1 on Mac OS X (and 8.6 & 9.x, more than likely), under Special -> Settings... -> Sending Mail, there is an area entitled Message. If you check the box Automatically Fcc to original mailbox, you should get the bcc effect. There is another setting, under Special -> Settings... -> Composing Mail -> Use these settings: -> Keep copies of outgoing mail that I find much more elegant that bccing myself. My $.02; YMMV.
