I guess I am one of the strange ones on the list but I prefer that all of my new messages come into my one "IN" box so that I can see what is there without accessing other boxes. However, you can transfer messages from your In and Out boxes to other mailboxes and delete messages from you Trash box on a regular basis." Just a reminder of this FYI Debbie Woolard
