You have a Thomas Etherington (b 1720) to Thomas Etherington and Anne Stoke. The original source for this is an LDS Pedigree Resource File I reviewed some time ago and it clearly worng. They didn't marry until the 5/11/1722 in Hull. Their son Thomas wasn't born until 25/3/1732 at Great Driffield, too late to marry Elizabeth Lund in 1747. I have an alternative genealogy on my tree for your family. It is subject to a number of assumptions, but links the scattered records of Etheringtons around Thorganby into a single tree. I could be wrong, but it is far more likely than the clear error in the LDS PRF. This branch is not in my direct line, but I put it onto my public tree to assist another person researching this branch. Let me know what you think. Regards John Cherry Brisbane Australia (ps my Great Great Grandmother was Elizabeth Etherington). Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
