Both the ETHERIDGE and ETHRIDGE spellings are common in my line, descendants of Shepherd ETHERIDGE and his 3 wives. I descend from the third wife Matilda EVANS.     Anybody have proofs beyond this Shepherd? I've seen a lot of allegations, but most only offer other GEDCOMs as proof
