Rec'd this message below, thru the Estes list. I have recall of this same family legecy (story) being told over and over to me as I grew up. I was told it involved my g-mom and her family (somehow)?????????? Some of the given names are familiar. Grandmom was Margaret/Martha "Mattie" Martin, b. IL.
