Shirley I have downloaded the Ancestry Shoebox App from iTunes. I filled in the log-in exactly the same as my log-in for the Ancestry.co.uk web page and it accepted the log-in. It then asked which of my Trees did I want to send the shoebox images to from the iPhone camera. So it does work for Ancestry.co.uk Can you get to your Ancestry tree via the .com site in a web browser? I only have a UK sub, but I can log-in via either site, and the iPhone shoebox App also doesn't seem to make a distinction for me. Good Luck Mark
