Has anyone had any success locating information regarding the Rose Valley Industrial School at Shenfield (Brentwood). We are attempting to find information regarding a William Mooney aged 9 who was a 'scholar' in the 1881 census. Who were his parents and specifically were did he come from and where did he go to?
