    3. Heather, I can tell you exactly where Star street was in the 1891 census because we had a peat relative living at no 13. Civil Parish: Paddington Ecclesiastical parish: St Michaels County/Island: London Country: England Street address: 13 Star Street Source Citation: Class: RG12; Piece: 15; Folio 23; Unfortunately there are 72 pages in the district and Star Street doesn't go in sequence.
