I have that James Barritt in my tree! he married first Priscilla Clark, and after Priscilla died, he married Ann Cross. James and Ann are enumerated in district 14, St. Mary at the Walls, Essex, England in 1871, next door to Eliza Ann Barritt and Hannah Cross, relatives of James and Ann. James is enumerated as "retired photographer". Ann Cross is a 3x great aunt of mine as she is a sister of my immigrant ancestor who is my 3x great grandfather, Joseph Cross.
