With the help of John Hartley i do have the census image for Joshua TURNER and his new family. What i do not have is the 1891 and 1901 census image for brother Harry TURNER. It could be he was mistranscribed or died or emmigrated. I will have to check the death reg. and the and emmigration records for Harry. Harry is very often a dimunitive form of Henry. Have you found the entry for his birth on FreeBMD, as that should confirm what name he was registered with?
