    3. Hi Lawrence Thank you very much for your suggestions. I have checked film 0596989 from end to end - twice - and can find no other Bosworth anywhere in the records for the non-conformist churches in Middlesex, which cover Hammersmith, Harrow-on-the-Hill, Hendon (2 chapels), Highgate, Hounslow, Kensington, Ponders End, Southgate, Stains, Stanwell and Totttenham. But I can give it another try when the FHC opens after the summer holidays on 12th August. I will try to find Dr. William's Library and look there. I believe that my colleague has already checked the LMA, but we can also look into this again from a fresh viewpoint. I suspect that the Layton/Leyton spelling issue was a typo from my side, but thank you for noticing the variations - both there and at Wansted/Wanstead. I was not aware of the local history unit in Enfield and thank you for the pointer. Your response is very useful.
