Robert   I have a Charles Legge who married Sophia Mayhew. Children of the couple were Sophia 1822, William 1827 St George in the East, Samuel 1829 St G in the East, John 1831 London, Mary Ann 1833 St G in the East, George 1842.   Any connection?
