I realize that this is only a 'long shot' but I wonder if anyone might have known Rose Amelia Wilkins who died at the age of 83 yrs in Harlow in 1991. Rose was estranged from her brother (my husband's father) many years ago and we have only just received the information of where she died. We do not think that she ever married. It is our hope to find someone who might have been close to her and who might also have a photograph of her. I would appreciate any advise as to how I might be able to find such a person as I do realize that this is not the best forum for me to use.....but I thought that it could be a start! I have ordered a death certificate for Rose in hope that a witness might be included on this document. Many thanks in advance for any advise. Alannah B.C. Canada
