In perspective, and in due regard to Ian; I got to know him well, I think (Off list). He had one annoying attribute, the Essex Pubs site he left was near complete. Every time I thought I had found something new to add, it was already there! What a nice person, and his dad and brother were both OK with continuing his work, online. I think this says all I can say about Ian, god bless. I do miss him, he was such a good friend to me and so many of us. I miss his wonderful sense of humour and his knowledge of Essex and Tiptree. It's not the same down here without you, Ian.
