Hello Essex listers In 1851 Lucy BLAKELEY (nee COTTON) gave her birthplace as Great Stambridge. She was born c1817-1818, and her father was James COTTON (named on marriage certificate). She died Sep 1851. Sometimes she was Lucy, sometimes Caroline, and sometimes Lucy Caroline Does anyone have this lady in their tree? Did she have siblings? Who was her mother?
