Dear David Just looked on the two second hand booksellers I used here, sure you have already done this, alibris and abebooks and of course no luck. It would be more likely to be found through an antiquarian book shop. The only other thought is that is there anyone who can go into the church and see if there is list of rectors up on the wall somewhere? Unfortunately I won't be going in that direction for at least the next few weeks.
