HI Sue The name HASLAM caught my eye. I have Annie Elizabeth STEWART born 1881 (from 1891 census) in Copford, Essex marrying an unknown HASLAM. I have no other details. Surname is HASLAM and area is BOLTON area, Lancs, poss Horwich I know that this is a common name in that area I am looking for John Haslam who was definately born in 1898 and he had siblings who we think are Annie, Ellen, Tom (Thomas?) and Jim ( James?) but I d/k when these siblings were born and there might be more. On his marriage cert his father is listed as John J Haslam ( although that J may not have been mentioned in census, and occ bleacher and by time of marriage, when he was 39, they are living in Peterboro. I would LOVE to know more about this family that belong to a friend of mine, there are many mysteries.
