In reply to the above suggestion I do know according to oral family history that there was a guardian that took charge of Louise 's children and according to family oral history he took the money, sent 14 year old Arthur Lockie b 1901 Wanstead off to sea and the girls Lilian b 1902 Forest Hill, London and Maureen b1906 Great Hackney were sent to their grandmothers. Now, is E BICKMORE the guardian or E WEBB. I guess I need to see a will?? Is there anyone out there with a magic wand??
