Hi ,have read about spelling and so forth . This is what happened to me My fathers sister died (my father could not help he had died before her )my middle name i thought was after his sister (did not have her birth certificate at the time ) so told the details to the registrar ,saying her first names was Eleanor Then a while afterwards found her birth certificate which said Ellen as her Christian name ,so back i went to put it right And this is what i was told Once it was in the registry it could not be changed ,but in the margin would be wrote ,error ,wrong information given then the correct name written down .
