Hi All I seem to have missed the original message from "David" regarding Samuel Smith from Gt. Waltham 1731 (or maybe?) I have a line of Smiths in Gt. Waltham so David please get in touch. Eve Ferguson (nee Moore)

Hi Eve, I have been researching my Smith family from Great Waltham and I purchased the Parish Records from E.R.O. I could not find the Baptism for Samuel Smith in these records but a Samuel Smith is recorded in the I.G.I hence my Emails. My Samuel Smith is my 6x G.Grandfather his son Joseph is my 5x G.Grandfather, Joseph's son, also Samuel, had a son Joseph, he had a daughter Eliza who married my Great Grandfather George Arthur Chambers. George's Greatgrandfather John George Chambers is one of my brickwalls, we know he lived in West Hanningfield and died in 1838 but we can find no record of his birth c 1753.
