    3. Hi Cornelia There is no Towers (or Tower) district in 1841. The City had three EDs - London City, East London and West London. There are no significant missing bits of any of these, so far as I am aware. The major gaps in the 1841 for London are the whole of Paddington, part of Kensington and bit of St Luke.
