There are very few Asheways on any of the usual genealogy sites but I have found them in the Halder, Stephenson, Dawson and Jowsey families in Yorkshire. Asheway's father John Pool was a witness to the marriage of Asheway Halder and John Stephenson in Muston. I'm sure the families must be connected somehow because it's such an unusal name.
