Simply asking others to do it for you is not going to win you any friends, nor will you actually learn anything at all, like how it's done. Start at the beginning and learn the basics. Get your own birth certificate, if you haven't got it, then get your parents' marriage certificate, then their birth certificates and then your grandparents' marriage and birth certificates. This is how we all started and how you must do it as well. Just asking questions here and expecting somebody to do it all for you and handing you your family history all neatly tied up with pink ribbon is simply wasting your time and ours. -- Roy Stockdill Guild of One-Name Studies: www.one-name.org Newbies' Guide to Genealogy & Family History: www.genuki.org.uk/gs/Newbie.html "There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about."
