Hope the weather holds, we had a great day last year. Castleford is having a 1940's festival all this week. Vintage cars, period costumes & old fashion entertainment (e.g. Maypole dancing) will close the fun filled week off on Saturday. 10.30 - 3.30 St Andrews Church, Ferrybridge is having open day on Saturday. It will be opened by Ian Clayton at 11pm. What a shame we can't be everywhere, but I hope you will all have a good, dry day wherever you will be. I'm sure there are other things going off too near you to entertain you all. Don't forget the Pontefract Liquorice Festival week 7 - 15th July.
