Dear list, I have a postcard, on it is written 'John F ROSS' a post card Photographer , year 1903. Can anyone tell me about a John F ROSS a post card Photographer at Argyle House West Cliff. Just to fill you all in the photo is of three donkeys, Mrs Gordon DAVIES children are sitting on the donkeys. Whilst we have a lovely 20 year old girl dress in a pinafore white cotton dress named Elizabeth ELLERBY. Date August 1903. Standing on what looks like sand with what's looks like a stone sea retaining wall. But I'm more interested in the Photographer, John F ROSS of Argyle House West Cliff. Just to let you all know I have contact a Bill of Argyle House and he stated he's only been here 3 years haven't a clue.
