I was born in London. My Dad, Mervyn Robert Barr RICHARDSON was born in Richmond. He married Peggy Ethel HAZLE. (Mum's side doesn't involve Yorkshire.) His father was John William RICHARDSON (always known as George John RICHARDSON), born in Helmsley, and he married (Rachael) Maud Emily ELFORD. Grandma didn't use the name Rachael and it wasn't shown on the marriage certificate. His father was Robert Storey RICHARDSON (I think born in Helmsley) and he married Mary Jane BARR. Dad had a brother names Havelock Elford Barr RICHARDSON and he had three sons, Ian, Michael and Peter whom I have never met. (My first cousins). Havelock married Ivy (surname unknown). I'd love to contact anyone with a connection to any of these. I am interested in any information relating to my forebears and especially any information about Havelock.
