Hi! Pauline, there is, at present, no MELL street, as far as I can see, but there is a MELROSE street, off Trafalgar Street West, which runs south from Dean Road. This not far from North Marine Road, as is the rest of scarborough(TIC). My second suggestion would be to post a message on www.scarborougheveningnews.co.uk as there are many family historians in the area.
