Contact them via library.info@mississauga.ca They might be able to find it in the newspaper archives. >From that you might pick up more information about where he was born and the date, etc. FYI ... I've found a George A. Leppington born 1911 in Bridlington - but without a first name, don't know if this is your grandfather or not.
