Second, also pardon my shouting for the same reason: SURNAMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE PROPER FORMAT. When an email is confirmed as bouncing, I DELETE ALL ENTRIES WITH BOUNCING SURNAMES. Just send me an email with your OLD and your NEW address and I'll be happy to make the changes.
