I have heard of William Potts, the clock maker, and i did wonder if this was the same William in the indenture. However, i can't seem to find any mention of a Henry in the Potts clock making history, and until i do i can't really link the company to the indenture. I also can't find any mention of a John Carr. The dates in the information you supplied do seem to fit. But it's the link between a William and Henry that would give me some proof.
