Her name was Margaret Mary Hornegold and she was born in Mitcham in 1884. Her great grand-dad was Robert Hardy Hornegold in who died in 1833. Some of the Hornegold family still live in Mitcham to this very day. We have quite a few Hornegold photographs circa 1850- 1920 and are not sure who they are. If you are from the Mitcham area and have a maiden name of Hornegold I would think you are famiy. If so could you please help us to identify some of the folk in the photographs.
