I've spoken to my Dad and it turns out Josiah is actualy my g.grandads half brother... and he was a shipping agent who worked on the docks in Liverpool, (he turned out to be very wealthy and successful by all accounts) I also have been told he had a property in Moorfield, Liverpool.
