Do be aware the IGI is far from complete plus some Parish Registers have been subsequently lost, stolen or burnt or whatever, so not all events will be available and certainly not all on the IGI. Check with Parloc for surrounding Parishes (google Parloc its a free download) As they are a traveling family they may have baptised her just about anywhere on route but watermen families did favour certain Churches. Two avenues to try, contact the local registrar for where the other births were registered and ask them to check for the birth (to see if it was missed off the GRO return) Secondly, try a list such as the Thameswatermen who may be better able to advise on likely places favoured by the watermen for Baptism, if they don't know they may know someone who does.
