I am wondering if SKS would be able to assist me in finding if a Person left a will or not .... The person is MATTHEW PHILLIPS he died in 1899 and last known Residence was Manor Terrace in Horsforth . Hope to hear from someone soon in the hope of finding out if this person made a will.
