[For Howard in 'Oz',and anyone with BENSON interests] Hi Howard, I had a look at the actual microfilm for 1881 this afternoon [library],and found Maltby Street.There were only two low numbers [2 & 4],and the rest started at 15.It was tho only ref.for that street in the Street/Road Index [E.District 22] If you're interested here is the family at No.54 Maltby Strret. [All named BENSON] Robert,head,marr.aged 34,Worsted spinning overlooker,born Knaresboro. Jane,wife,aged 32,born Ireland,Sligo John William,son,aged 10,Worsted spinner,born Bradford. Harriet Ann,dau.aged 7,Scholar,born Bradford. Mary Ellen,dau.aged 4,born Pudsey. James Henry,son,aged 1,born Bradford.
