I've thanked Derek in private for the work he has done and I'd just like to say it publicly as well. I'm extremely grateful that he went to the trouble of finding my family in the 41, 51 and 61 censuses. He has saved me an awful lot of work. When I posted it was a small hope that a kind soul would find the time to lookup the family in the 1861 Bradford surname index. Derek exceeded my expectations by not only looking for them in the indexes but by searching out the family in the three census and then transcribing the details for me.
