    3. No, it's not my browser or computer. I tried from work yesterday lunch-time and also from home last night and again this morning. Jan e-mailed me and said that this question is being asked on many of the mailing lists. I suggest you try again. I have not encountered any problems, but maybe I've just been lucky enough to log on when it's working.
