John MORTIMER b. 1833 in Otley......s/o ( I believe) ....John MORTIMER b. 1809 Bradford and Ann Saville b. 1809 Bradford. John MORTIMER b. 1833 married Alicia SIDES b. 1834 Mount Mellick Ireland , she was living in Horton at the time of their marriage......April 1854 Bradford Church. Children: Emeline MORTIMER b. 1860 Bradford Samuel MORTIMER b.1864 Bradford Walter P. MORTIMER b. 1866 Bradford Lavinia MORTIMR b. 1868 Bradford Emeline MORTIMER married William LUMB ca. 1883 The family left Bradford for the USA ca. 1884 and ended up in Danbury Ct. I have not found any ship information. I also don' t know if Danbury was there destination? John and Alicia lived on Raven St. in 1860 and in the 1881 census they were living on 106 Jowett St. Bradford. John was a painter by trade.
