I don't want to start a long thread on Yorkshire Pudding here, just wondering about customs in the UK. I watch advertisements for Weight Watchers with Sarah, the duchess of york as the spokesperson. It makes me wonder. Is Yorkshire Pudding enjoyed by all classes or just the working class? Thanks for satisfying my curiosity, Vicky
Hi Vicky, I think I can speak for most people "If you like them they are usually eaten with most beef dishes" i.e. roasts and stews or alone with a good gravy, and by all "Classes". Just the same as the pop-over in the states....You either like or hate them. Regards. Elaine Pickard. Ottawa. Canada. List Admin Bradford Mailing List. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
