No my ancestors did not come from Keighley, no one legged men in my family.....(or at least not found one yet) ....although I have to confess to the odd negro comedian in my ancestry....................My GtGtGrandfather from Liskeard, Cornwall....or Exeter, Devon...dependent on which census you looked him up on............................lol By the way...I thought there were only about 60 of these people in the book.........................probably nearer the mark if I say 200.....so there must be many of their relatives alive today........................
