Hi All, I am hoping that someone may be able to advise me as to how I can find out if a person left a Will and if they did, how do I go about finding it. My gg grandfathr died 14March 1856 at 78 Bridge Street, Bradford. The Registration District was Bradford & North Brierley, Yorkshire. Perhaps someone could recommend a reliable researcher (one who charges reasonable rates) who could look up the details for me. Many thanks, Sarah _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail now available on Australian mobile phones. Go to http://ninemsn.com.au/mobilecentral/hotmail_mobile.asp

As will were proved at York untill 1858, when the system changed. You have to get in touch with them, and they ask for payment up front. If this does not work, you could try The link to the Court Service website Regards Janet http://www.courtservice.gov.uk/ Click on wills and probate at the following url http://www.courtservice.gov.uk/wills_probate/menu_prob.htm > > > > Hi All, > > I am hoping that someone may be able to advise me as to how I can find out > if a person left a Will and if they did, how do I go about finding it.
