Christine, Thanks so much for the recent marriage info. Did not know when they were married but this seems to be them as Zillah was born 1878-1879 (their first child). Would there be additional info if I got the certificate? Would that give her father's name? Whatever info you've come across on this family would be appreciated. I'm pretty well overwhelmed with all the info you have located that I need to take time to sort it all out. As for the change in the Stephenson to Stevenson spelling or the name of head of household from Samuel to Benjamine Benn, I haven't a clue. I know that Margaret had a brother William who also came to the USA ( mentioned in her obit) but so far have not tried to locate any of his decendents.
