Norman; Hello Norman; FreeBMD has a marriage registered for Charles Ward BELL in Bradford June 1853 VOL 9B page 209. Page 209 shows the possible bridge as either Sarah HARGREAVES or Sarah WAITE. The second groom has not been entered yet. Sarah would have been born about 1831. Both names show up at that time and later census records do not show Charles living with an in-law so you will have to get the marriage cert to find out which Sarah. I hope this helps.
