My ggg-grandmother Sally HAGUE married John BOTTOMLEY 14-May-1796 at Bradford pc. She died 28-Jun-1819 in Soaper Lane there and is buried in Dolphin Chapel, Clayton Heights, Bradford. She was recorded as age 39 upon death, implying born about 1780 but perhaps in reality a year of two earlier. The couple lived in N Bierley (Bradford) right on the border with Shelf (Halifax), and had at least seven children. Looking for her parentage. A Sally HAGUE was baptised 2 Mar 1777 Bradford, father Joseph HAGUE. A Sarah HAIGH was baptised 1 Feb 1778 Bradford to David HAIGH, who also had a son Tamar HAIGH bpt in 1783. The 1841 census shows a Tamar HAIGH born abt 1761 in Northowram, so he could be related to David e.g. an uncle. A John HAIGH/HAGUE and Angelina FLETCHER lived (very) nearby for years (apparently no children): he was born about 1811 - so a nephew? Anyone know anything about these people? Thanks Howard Geddes
